Goods marked delivered on the courier details shared with the customer will be treated as goods received.
Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 3 working days of receiving the package.
We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when reverse pick up is made.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
No Perishable items are refundable.
If the customer is unsatisfied with the product received customer will have to send the goods back. Once we receive it back the value of the goods will be refunded.
In case of wrong product delivery, we will resent the missing or the product in question. Not the entire order.
